The Daren Mk1 at HMSA in Macau - May '06

The car at Nev McKay's HMSA race preparation shop in Macau, sans aluminum panels. Work on the new chassis template already underway.

A closer look at the spaceframe reveals unusual alterations that had been done in the past, possibly a result of a front-right shunt.

The fabricated spaceframe with a return to the original structure.

The spaceframe 90% complete with as much of the original chassis incorporated as possible. Note positioning of the brake and clutch cylinders to the left. All the pedals have to be fabricated.

Photo of the rear section that holds the suspension links. The extra holes (there should just be two) indicated what the original Merlyn links were bolted to before John Green adopted the de Dion tube.

100% original - the steering bush from the car was still in good condition!
